Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Shopping Basket As you browse our site, you can add products to your shopping basket. This will add a "cookie" to your PC. This cookie only stores details of the items you have selected and contains no personal information. If you have set your site to deny all cookies then you will not be able to shop online. In these circumstances you can email us your order. You can reach the shopping basket by clicking on the "basket" button on the top of any page. If you change your mind, the shopping basket will allow you to remove or change the quantity of any product you have added. If you run out of time, your basket will be saved – in fact, as long as you use the same computer, the contents of your basket will be saved until you either clear them or complete your purchase.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via post or over the Internet.
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (SI 2000 No. 2334), transpose into UK law the European Directive 97/7/EC on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts. The complete text of the Regulations is available on the Stationery Office website www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm. These regulations apply to transactions on this website, therefore we must provide clear and comprehensible information to enable you, the consumer, to decide whether to buy. We strive to give as much information on our goods as possible on the website. Please email us if there is further information that you require.
Prices Our prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT.
Payment is required by credit or debit card prior to goods being shipped. We do not debit your card until the goods are ready for shipment. If you are shopping from North America, or anywhere else, your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. Your credit card company may make a charge for this service.
The Consumer Protection Act 1987 makes it an offence to give (by any means whatsoever) misleading price information to consumers and we make every effort to ensure that the prices advertised on our website are accurate. However, these prices may be changed without notice.
The Right to Cancel an Order. Should you find the goods unsuitable (wrong size, colour etc), a full refund will be offered minus the cost of postage, plus you will be obliged to pay the cost of the return shipping. We will endeavour to advise and hopefully provide you with a suitable replacement - and you would pay the outward shipping cost on the replacement pair.
